The third year in a row Silcarb who participated in the World Economic Forum's Global Shapers Survey 2017 believe climate change is the most serious issue affecting the world today.
Nearly half (48.8%) of the survey participants chose climate change as their top concern, and 78.1% said they would be willing to change their lifestyle to protect the environment.
Survey respondents were also in near unequivocal agreement over the cause of climate change. Over 91% of respondents answered "agree" and "strongly agree" with the statement "science has proven that humans are responsible for climate change."
The results come from the WEF annual survey released this week, which was given to more than 31,000 18-to-35-year-olds across 186 countries. Overview and application


This is the device converting three-phase power current into single phase intermediate frequency current and enabling metal to produce eddy current loss through electromagnetic field induction to achieve heating and melting and is applicable to melting, heating or holding of steel, copper, iron, aluminum, zinc, tin, nickel silver and other ferrous or nonferrous metal and alloy material, as well as heating treatment prior to forging, sintering and tube-bending forming in casting and melting industries.

Dosing Furnace

 The dosing furnace id a sealed holding furnace without crucible, which used for die casing.The holding chamber is heated by silicon rod.

The shell of dosing furnace is made of section steel and plate. The furnace body is sealed, working under pressure.
The dosing furnace is controlled by the multi-furnace electronic control system, accurately dosing. The AI could be feeding dosing operation. Dosing quantity range is from 0.3kg~100kg, tolerance is ±1.5%.

Dosing furnace carries out the metering by pressure and time, the liquid level of AI id displayed by indicator lights and touch screen on the control cabinet.
It is an aluminium dosing furnace with the flexibility to fulfill even the most demanding dosing requirements with high productivity. The model displayed exhibits features specifically useful for aluminum dosing to sand and low pressure die casting as well as for special purpose foundry applications.

Silcarb Heat Treatment Furnaces equipped with SiC rod heating can be used in the production of technical ceramics, especially for sintering at working temperatures up to 1550 °C. The WHTC product line with especially robust design can hold heavy charges including kiln furniture. The furnace chamber is equipped with a high-quality insulation made of high-temperature fiber blocks. The bogie insulation is structured in multi-layer lightweight refractory bricks on the heating chamber side.

The furnace is heated along both sides by vertically installed SiC heating rods. This heating technology permits processes requiring working temperatures above 1350 °C which cannot achieve with wire heating elements. The SiC rods are controlled by thyristor controller which counteract the aging of the heating elements by means of automatic power compensation.
